To My Future Tampines Home,
With this pencil drawing, which I dedicate to you, I envision a future Tampines community that incorporates the latest technology into everyday life. Families will have access to the newest robots and flying vehicles, while still preserving familiar elements like the MRT, Singapore-style regulatory signs, and tree planting. As we progress towards a brighter and more sustainable future, we will never forget the things that bring us peace, harmony, and joy.

My vision of you when Singapore turns 100 is depicted in my drawing: you will be a caring town with a community of environmentally conscious people. 3rd Prize: Chua Zhe Yu Darius
To My Future Tampines Home,
My vision of the future is based on a simple bus stop. It is the year 2050, and I am on a driverless bus, looking out of its window. I see the ordinary-looking bus stop at Blk 410 transformed into a futuristic one. It has a centralised smart cooling system, vertical gardens, and caters to the needs of commuters with mobility challenges.

When Singapore celebrates its 100th birthday, you’ll be a modern town filled with high-tech farms managed by AI assistants. Everyone will be part of a caring community—one that is kind and full of empathy. As one family, residents will farm together and enjoy the many cycling and swimming facilities. You’ll be a model town that sets the standard for sustainability and inclusivity.

To My Future Tampines Home,
You’re going to be totally awesome! You’ll be a home where everyone is cared for by their family and super cool, chatty robots. For those who live alone, robots will serve as companions — everyone’s lifesavers, dusting away loneliness and housework in a blink.
Love, Huang ShinYun

To My Future Tampines Home,
You are a model town that thrives and flourishes under gigantic super trees, fully connected by slides, flying buses, handicapped ramps and pedestrian-friendly streets. MPs conduct meet-the-people sessions in treehouses and give children giant-sized ice-cream every month.
