S&CC Payment by GIRO/eGIRO Lucky Draw Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period
   1. The E-GIRO Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Tampines Town Council (“Town Council”).
   2. The Campaign will run from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
2. Eligibility
   1. The Campaign is open to residential and commercial account holders of Tampines Town Council who:
      • Submit a new GIRO or eGIRO application during the Campaign Period; and
      • Have their GIRO or eGIRO application successfully approved.
   2. S&CC accounts with an existing active GIRO or eGIRO before the start of the Campaign Period are not eligible.
   3. Each eligible S&CC account is entitled to one entry only, regardless of the number of applications submitted.
3. Automatic Entry
   1. Eligible applicants will automatically receive one entry into the Lucky Draw. No separate registration for the lucky draw is required.
4. Lucky Draw and Prize
   1. One winner will be selected to receive a S$200 S&CC rebate.
   2. The S$200 S&CC rebate will be credited directly to the winner’s S&CC account.
   3. The rebate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   4. The winner’s GIRO or eGIRO must remain active at the time the rebate is credited.
   5. The lucky draw will be conducted on 15 October 2026, or on another date determined by the Town Council.
5. Verification of Eligibility
   1. The Town Council reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant. Entries that are incomplete, unsuccessful, duplicated, cancelled or otherwise do not meet the Campaign requirements may be disqualified.
6. Notification of Winners

   The Winner will be notified through the contact details registered with the Town Council.

7. Town Council's Decision

   The Town Council's decision on all matters relating to the Campaign, including eligibility and selection of winners, shall be final.

8. Changes to the Campaign
   1. The Town Council reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions and the Campaign Period, replace the S&CC rebate, suspend or terminate the Campaign where necessary, without prior notice.
   2. Any changes will be communicated through such channels as the Town Council considers appropriate.
9. Personal Data

   Personal data collected or used in connection with the Campaign will be handled in accordance with the Town Council's applicable personal data protection policies and will be used for the administration of the Campaign and related purposes.

10. Publicity & Photography
    1. The winner may be invited to participate in a prize presentation and/or photo-taking session with the Member of Parliament (MP) and representatives of Tampines Town Council.
    2. Photographs and/or videos taken during the session may be used by the Town Council for publicity, communications and promotional purposes, including publication on the Town Council’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, posters and other communication materials.
11. Acceptance of Terms

    Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Condition.
